It's been a very challenging year, and even though things are lifting and some sort of routine is coming back, there is still a huge amount of fear, uncertainly and huge anxiety around daily life! Depression, anxiety and stress are on the increase, and it can become normal to mask your emotions, put on a front, smile in front of others, but once the door closes, it's a very different story.
